1. Object and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website prensatop.com and the PrensaTop platform, a service for buying links and articles in digital press. Use of the site and platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of the service
PrensaTop provides registered users with a catalog of digital media (newspapers, blogs, magazines) where they can commission the publication of articles with links to their websites. The service includes the option to request content writing, order management and delivery of the published link. The specific deadlines and conditions for each media are shown on the media profile.
3. Registration and account
To use the platform you must register and create an account. The user agrees to provide accurate data and to keep their credentials confidential. They are responsible for all activity carried out from their account. PrensaTop reserves the right to deny or close accounts that breach these terms or make fraudulent use of the service.
4. Prices and payment
The price of each media is shown on the platform before purchase. Payment is made by the available methods (card, PayPal, transfer, wallet). Prices include VAT when applicable. Invoices are issued automatically and are available in the user dashboard.
5. Publication and deadlines
Publication deadlines depend on each media and are shown on their profile. PrensaTop undertakes to coordinate publication with the media but does not guarantee exact deadlines in circumstances beyond its control. The user will receive the URL of the published article once the process is complete. Contracted links are permanent unless otherwise stated by the media.
6. Content and acceptable use
The user agrees not to use the service for unlawful, misleading or third-party rights-infringing purposes. The anchor texts and URLs provided must correspond to legitimate sites and content. PrensaTop and the media reserve the right to reject content that does not comply with their editorial policies.
7. Limitation of liability
PrensaTop acts as an intermediary between the user and the media. It is not responsible for changes in media policies, removal of articles by media decision, or for positioning or traffic results arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Modifications
PrensaTop may modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect implies acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, where applicable, those of the responsible party's domicile.
