1. Object and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website prensatop.com and the PrensaTop platform, an intermediation service for buying links and articles in digital media. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Description of the service
PrensaTop provides registered users with a catalogue of digital media (newspapers, blogs, magazines) where they can commission the publication of articles with links to their websites. The service includes:
- Access to the media catalogue with visible prices and authority metrics.
- Option to request article writing by our team.
- Full order management through to publication and link delivery.
- User dashboard for order tracking, invoices and publication status.
Specific deadlines and conditions for each media are shown on their profile within the platform.
4. Registration and account
To use the platform you must register and create an account. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date data and to keep their access credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
PrensaTop reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, make fraudulent use of the service or provide false data.
5. Prices and payment
The price of each media is shown on the platform before purchase. Payment is made via the available methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or platform wallet.
Invoices are issued automatically with each purchase and can be downloaded as PDF from the user dashboard. Invoicing is from the Canary Islands; for digital services to businesses outside the Canary Islands, invoices are issued exempt from IGIC (0%).
6. Publication and deadlines
Publication deadlines depend on each media and are shown on their profile. PrensaTop coordinates publication with the media but cannot guarantee exact deadlines in circumstances beyond its control. Publication is normally completed within 7 business days.
The user will receive the URL of the published article once the process is complete. Contracted links are permanent unless otherwise indicated on the media profile.
7. Content and acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Not use the service for unlawful, misleading or third-party rights-infringing purposes.
- Provide anchor texts and URLs that correspond to legitimate sites and content.
- Not request content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, discriminatory or breaches applicable law.
PrensaTop and the media reserve the right to reject content that does not comply with their editorial policies without giving rise to compensation, with a full refund if the order cannot be completed.
8. Refunds and cancellations
If an order cannot be completed due to causes attributable to PrensaTop or the media (editorial rejection, media unavailable), the user will be offered the choice of an alternative media or a full refund of the amount paid.
Once the publication process has begun and the article has been written or sent to the media, cancellations are not accepted unless there has been a breach of the agreed conditions.
9. Affiliate programme
Registered users may participate in the affiliate programme via a referral link available in their dashboard. Commission rates and programme conditions are detailed in the relevant section of the platform and may be changed with prior notice.
10. Limitation of liability
PrensaTop acts as an intermediary between the user and the publishing media. It is not responsible for:
- Changes in the editorial or linking policies of the media after publication.
- Removal of articles by unilateral decision of the media.
- Positioning, traffic or visibility results arising from use of the service, as these depend on multiple external factors.
PrensaTop's maximum liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
11. Modifications
PrensaTop may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via the platform or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the platform, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, for professional users, those of the owner's registered office.
